Sri Lanka win toss and bowl first in third T20I with Pakistan making four changes after series victory.

CricHubb4h ago

Sri Lanka captain Dasun Shanaka won the toss and elected to bowl first in the third T20I against Pakistan at Rawalpindi on Tuesday. Pakistan made four changes to the side that won the series 2-0, with Razaullah, Arafat Minhas, Sufiyan Moqim and Abdul Samad replacing the players from the previous match.

Pakistan had already secured the three-match series before this dead rubber. The visitors looked to give game time to fringe players ahead of upcoming commitments.

The match at Rawalpindi Stadium marks the end of a series Pakistan won despite losing the final game.

CricHubb Take

The dead-rubber nature of this fixture allowed Pakistan to blood four new faces, but the real story is how little the series result actually mattered once the first two games were decided.
