Angkrish Raghuvanshi returns from finger injury with 51 for Rest of India
Angkrish Raghuvanshi marked his return from a three-month finger injury with 51 for Rest of India Under-23.
Angkrish Raghuvanshi walked back in at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on Thursday and made 51 on his first day back. The 22-year-old KKR batter had been out three months with the finger injury he picked up in the IPL. He said the time away only sharpened his hunger, and that credit goes to Abhishek Nayar, who stayed close through every stage of the rehab. Raghuvanshi added that nothing feels off in his body and the timing already feels right for the season ahead.
CricHubb Take
If the knock holds up through the rest of the Under-23 fixture, selectors could fast-track him into Mumbai’s senior Ranji squad rather than easing him through grade cricket first.
