Mumbai host Haryana at the Sharad Pawar Academy on Monday in the Group D Ranji Trophy table-topper. Both teams have won their first two matches, though Mumbai hold the bonus-point edge.
Haryana arrive without Anshul Kamboj. They must find answers to Tushar Deshpande and Mohit Avasthi, who have taken early wickets with pace and swing and softened the absence of Shardul Thakur. Mumbai's top six has depth, every specialist already posting at least one substantial score.
This is Haryana's first real test after two home wins. They need sustained pressure on Mumbai's batting if they are to stay with them at the top.

Haryana's ability to handle Deshpande and Avasthi without Kamboj will show whether their squad depth matches Mumbai's or if the bonus-point gap will grow by the end of the week.
