Dewald Brevis struck an unbeaten 75 off 32 balls as South Africa chased down 145 with 38 balls to spare for a seven-wicket win over Zimbabwe in Windhoek. The victory came in the T20I tri-series also involving Namibia.
South Africa had lost their opening match to hosts Namibia by 18 runs despite Brevis's 75 off 50 balls. Zimbabwe finished at 144 for 8 after being put in to bat.
Brevis continued his good form in the tri-series with another match-winning innings. South Africa skipper Bjorn Fortuin praised him as one of the best hitters of a cricket ball.
