Robinson reaches fifth in Test bowling rankings; Brevis enters T20I top four.
Ollie Robinson moved to fifth in the latest ICC men’s Test bowling rankings after taking wickets for England against Pakistan. Robinson’s rise follows consistent performances in the ongoing three-match series. England’s attack has taken 40 wickets across the first two Tests.
In the T20I rankings, South Africa’s Dewald Brevis entered the top four after scoring two successive half-centuries in the Namibia Tri-Series. Brevis sits behind Ishan Kishan, Sahibzada Farhan and Abhishek Sharma. Sri Lanka’s Sonal Dinusha gained 29 places to reach 25th among Test batters after scoring twin centuries against India.
Devdutt Padikkal moved up five spots among Indian Test batters after twin centuries in Sri Lanka. Shubman Gill slipped two places to ninth and Jasprit Bumrah dropped one spot to third among bowlers.
