Left-arm spinner Harsh Dubey finished with eight wickets in Central Zone's Duleep Trophy semi-final against East Zone in Bengaluru. He claimed four wickets in each innings.

Mohammad Shami produced a sharp caught-and-bowled dismissal during the match. Central Zone's batters showed little resistance on the third day when 13 wickets fell.

East Zone advanced to the final where they will face either South Zone or North Zone at Chepauk from September 6.
