Kagiso Rabada set to return for second Test in Gqeberha
Rabada trained alongside Marco Jansen, Anrich Nortje and Wiaan Mulder; Wade said he would be competitive throughout the match.
Kagiso Rabada bowled at high intensity during South Africa's training session on Friday and is in contention to return for the second Test against Australia. Rabada missed the Durban Test with a hamstring injury and has not played red-ball cricket since the World Test Championship final last year. Australia assistant coach Matthew Wade warned that Rabada's return would make the Proteas attack more dangerous.

If Rabada returns at full pace, South Africa may drop one spinner to accommodate an extra quick, altering their attack balance after two spinners took only five wickets combined in Durban.
