Lhuan-dre Pretorius scored 94 from 51 balls to help South Africa post 185 for seven against Zimbabwe in Windhoek on Tuesday. The opener struck 12 fours and three sixes before South Africa lost six wickets for 31 runs in the closing overs.
Bjorn Fortuin and Duan Jansen took seven wickets between them as Zimbabwe were bowled out for 142. Pretorius received the player-of-the-match award.
The win lifted South Africa into the tri-series final against Namibia. Zimbabwe remain winless after two matches in the tournament that also includes the hosts.
