South Africa batter Lhuan-dre Pretorius scored an unbeaten 188 off 75 balls against Knights in the CSA T20 Challenge at Bloemfontein on Saturday, beating Chris Gayle's T20 record of 175. He hit 15 fours and 13 sixes, helping Titans reach 267 for three.
The hundred came up in 40 balls, the 150 in 58 — matching Aaron Finch and Marcus Stoinis for the slowest T20 century and 150 by balls faced. Pretorius now has three T20 hundreds in 91 matches.
He had already made 101 and 94 in his previous two T20Is against Namibia and Zimbabwe.
