Marco Jansen took five for 33 as Australia were bowled out for 99 in their first innings on day four of the second Test at St George's Park, Gqeberha. South Africa declared at 425 for nine and enforced the follow-on.

Jansen had already scored 85 in the first innings and added a run-out in the second innings. Kagiso Rabada took two for 33 and Wiaan Mulder two for 14 as the Proteas' pace attack finished the innings in 42.4 overs.

Australia reached 156 for four by stumps, still 170 behind. Travis Head remained unbeaten on 87, with Scott Boland the nightwatchman.

Jansen's 85 and five-for now force South Africa to decide whether they keep him as a specialist all-rounder or use him as the lead seamer if Rabada's workload needs managing on the rest of the tour.
