Namibia bowl first against South Africa in tri-series decider
Namibia win toss and bowl against South Africa with a place in the tri-series final at stake.
Namibia won the toss and chose to bowl against South Africa in the final group match of the T20 tri-series in Windhoek on Friday.
South Africa replaced Marco Jansen and Senuran Muthusamy with Tshepo Mokoena and Luthando Simelane. The Proteas had earlier beaten Zimbabwe after a collapse from 185 for 4 to 185 all out, with Bjorn Fortuin and Jansen taking seven wickets between them.
Namibia need a win to stay in contention for a place in the tri-series final after Zimbabwe's win over South Africa on the opening day.
CricHubb Take
Namibia's decision to bowl first reflects their belief that early conditions offer their best chance of restricting South Africa. The result will determine whether associate cricket can still produce upsets against full-member sides in bilateral or tri-series formats.
