India bowling coach Morne Morkel said Prince Yadav has developed the skill to bowl across all phases of white-ball matches, including death yorkers. Morkel noted that Yadav brings calmness under pressure and has been used in tough situations since his T20I debut against Ireland in June. Yadav took three wickets on debut and two on his ODI debut against Afghanistan.

CricHubb Take

Morkel's public endorsement positions Yadav as a long-term option at the death, especially if Arshdeep Singh's shoulder injury sidelines him for the New Zealand series.
