Australia A posted 275 in 49.5 overs before bowling India A out for 206 to win the second unofficial ODI by 69 runs at the Cricket Association Pondicherry Siechem Ground on Friday. Sam Konstas made 67 and Josh Philippe scored 58 in a 101-run second-wicket stand that set up the target. Spencer Johnson took three for 35 to lead the visitors' attack.

Rajat Patidar top-scored for India A with 67 off 82 balls but fell attempting a pull shot that ended any realistic chase. Skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad made 12 after three early boundaries, while Devdutt Padikkal managed only one run. India A lost three wickets inside the first PowerPlay and could not recover after Patidar's dismissal.

Patidar also scored 53 in the series opener, giving him consecutive half-centuries. The result leaves Australia A with an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. India A will play the final match on Sunday.
