Aakash Chopra questions India's slower-ball use after Hyderabad loss
Aakash Chopra said India's limited use of slower deliveries contributed to their defeat in Hyderabad.
Former India opener Aakash Chopra criticised India's bowling after a 24-run defeat to West Indies in Hyderabad on Wednesday. India bowled just nine slower deliveries, while the visitors used far more into-the-pitch variations.
Chopra said West Indies adapted to the conditions and India didn't. Full tosses cost them, and the plan never shifted. Prince Yadav was their best bowler, finishing with 1 for 36 from four overs.
The series is tied at 2-2, with the decider in Bengaluru on Saturday.

India now has one match to decide whether they keep trusting the seamers on flat pitches or finally pick a wrist-spinner who can bowl cutters on demand.
