406. India complete highest successful ODI chase against West Indies
West Indies posted 405 for seven, their first 400-plus total, but still lost with 39 balls to spare.
India chased 406 to beat West Indies by eight wickets in Guwahati on Wednesday. Shubman Gill stayed not out on 223 off 133, and Rohit Sharma's 101 set up a 255-run opening stand that left the result in little doubt. The target beat India's previous best chase and became only the second time a men's ODI side has successfully hunted down 400 or more.
