50. Shree Charani becomes fastest Indian to 50 T20I wickets

Shree Charani reached 50 T20I wickets in just 29 matches, the fewest by any Indian bowler in the format.

The 22-year-old spinner achieved the landmark during India's Asia Cup semifinal against Bangladesh on Sunday. She has taken her wickets at an average of 18.4 and an economy rate of 5.8.

Charani made her debut in January 2025 and has featured in every T20I series since.
