Abid Mushtaq spins North Zone into Duleep Trophy semi-finals

Abid Mushtaq and Nishant Sindhu took 6.3 overs to dismiss the West Zone tail as North Zone completed a 52-run victory in the Duleep Trophy quarter-final. The match concluded in the first hour of the final day at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru.

Mushtaq finished with nine wickets in the match, while the pitch took 25 wickets to spin across four days. All results remained possible at the start of the final day before the spinners finished the job.

North Zone will now prepare for the semi-final after advancing with the victory.
