Amol Muzumdar says BCCI took stand on Naqvi trophy

India head coach Amol Muzumdar confirmed the BCCI notified ACC officials before the final that the team would not accept the Women's Asia Cup trophy from Mohsin Naqvi. India beat Sri Lanka by 72 runs in Dubai on Sunday for a record eighth title. Harmanpreet Kaur's side stayed in the dressing room and skipped the presentation. Naqvi led the presentation party while Sri Lanka collected their medals and cheques. Muzumdar said the BCCI had taken a formal position on the matter.
