Anvay Dravid scores 38 off 18 as India U-19 beat Australia U-19 by seven runs

India Under-19 defeated Australia Under-19 by seven runs in a rain-shortened 20-over match at the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot on Friday. Anvay Dravid scored 38 off 18 balls with three sixes after Yashbardhan Chauhan made 54 off 34.

India posted 182 for six. Australia replied with 175 for seven, Jack Czosnek top-scoring with 55 off 27 balls. Chauhan finished with two wickets for 28 runs.

Aaryavir Sehwag, son of former India opener Virender Sehwag, made his India U-19 debut and scored 28 off 26 balls. Anvay had earlier made 87 on his Youth ODI debut against Sri Lanka in July.
