Arjun Tendulkar dropped from Goa's Ranji squad

Arjun Tendulkar's omission from Goa's squad ends a four-year association that began with a debut century.

Goa have left Arjun Tendulkar out of their 16-man Ranji Trophy squad for the 2026-27 season. The 27-year-old last turned out for the state against Kerala in February.

Abhinav Tejrana will lead the side, which also includes Lalit Yadav and Suyash Prabhudesai. In 24 first-class games for Goa, Arjun scored 685 runs and claimed 52 wickets.

Umesh Yadav has switched to Punjab and is set to play their opening fixture against Assam on October 11.
