Asian Games schedule creates October 3 double-header for India
India face potential double commitment on opening day of Games.
India could play two separate cricket matches on 3 October during the Asian Games. One fixture is scheduled in Hangzhou, China, while the other takes place in Ahmedabad as part of a bilateral series.
The last time India played in two different countries on the same day was 12 September 1998, during the Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur and the Sahara Friendship Cup in Toronto.
The BCCI has not yet confirmed squad splits or travel logistics for the overlapping dates.
