Australia A beat India A by 69 runs in the second one-day match in Pondicherry on Friday to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. Josh Philippe scored 58 and Sam Konstas made 67 as Australia A posted 275 all out.

Spencer Johnson took three for 35 to help bowl India A out for 206. Rajat Patidar top-scored for the hosts with 67, but early wickets left the chase in trouble.

Devdutt Padikkal, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Sai Sudharsan fell cheaply for the second successive match.
