Australia A include Handscomb, Konstas and Richardson for India tour

Australia A have recalled Peter Handscomb and Jhye Richardson while adding Sam Konstas for the tour of India as players push for Test consideration.

Australia A have named Peter Handscomb, Sam Konstas and Jhye Richardson in the squad for the upcoming tour of India. Richardson returns from surgery while Konstas earns a call-up as a rising batter. The tour provides opportunities for players to push for Test selection.

Mahli Beardman has also been included as part of the development pathway. The squad will prepare for subcontinent conditions ahead of Australia's Test commitments.

The tour schedule includes matches against India A and domestic sides.
