Bethell and Archer named in England white-ball squads for Australia tour

England named Jacob Bethell and Jofra Archer in their white-ball squads for the tour of Australia that begins in November. Bethell returns from the knee injury he sustained during the ODI series against India in July. Archer returns after being rested for the recent tri-series in Pakistan.

Eddie Jack and 18-year-old Thomas Rew earned their first call-ups for the T20I leg. Rew captained the England Under-19 side to the ICC Men's U19 World Cup final in February. Phil Salt returns from a quad injury while Jos Buttler remains sidelined following hamstring surgery.

The tour includes three ODIs starting on November 13 in Perth and three T20Is beginning on November 21 at the MCG. Harry Brook will captain both squads.
