Bhuvneshwar Kumar says he is not chasing a national team return

Bhuvneshwar Kumar dismissed speculation about an India return while confirming he will play domestic 50-over cricket.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar conceded 139 runs and took one wicket across three T20Is against New Zealand. Ravichandran Ashwin said a spinner or Mayank Yadav might replace him, pointing to the smaller grounds for the remaining matches. Bhuvneshwar himself won't speculate on the future. He plans to keep bowling in the Mushtaq Ali Trophy and Vijay Hazare Trophy, and he made it clear he isn't chasing a national comeback. Good bowlers can still control T20 games, he said. Ajinkya Rahane pushed back against any quick judgment, and the seamer will return to 50-over domestic cricket after three years away from the format.
