CA and ACA remain apart on BBL pay deal with privatisation talks ongoing
CA chief executive Todd Greenberg says pay negotiations with the ACA and privatisation talks with NSW and Queensland remain unresolved.
Cricket Australia chief executive Todd Greenberg says talks with the Australian Cricketers' Association over a new pay deal haven't wrapped up. Privatisation discussions with New South Wales and Queensland are due to move forward in September. Both sides still differ on how revenue gets split and what players will be asked to do. Greenberg added that governance talks stay live but no final agreements sit on the table. Multiple stakeholders need to sign off before either the pay structure or the ownership changes can stick.
