Former BCB director among three charged in latest corruption probe

Former Bangladesh Cricket Board director Muhammad Mukhlesur Rahman Shamim has been charged under the ICC anti-corruption code along with two others. Zakir Hossain and Rakibul Islam Sunny also face multiple charges linked to alleged corrupt conduct in the 12th edition of the Bangladesh Premier League.

The charges form part of the BCB integrity unit's ongoing investigation into the last few editions of the BPL. The three individuals were charged following the board's latest corruption probe.
