Former India batsman criticises Pakistan team as very ordinary

A former India batsman described Pakistan's Test team as very ordinary following England's 3-0 series whitewash. The assessment came after Pakistan managed only one competitive day across the three-match series at home. England completed their first home series sweep against Pakistan with an eight-wicket win in the final Test.

Pakistan's batting struggled throughout the series with only occasional resistance from individual players. The visitors' pace attack exposed technical deficiencies in the home side's top order. England's clinical approach prevented any meaningful fightback after taking early advantages.

The series result pushed Pakistan to their lowest-ever position in the ICC Test rankings. England captain Joe Root praised his team's ability to handle chaotic conditions during the campaign.
