Glamorgan sign England spinner Georgia Davis on three-year deal

Glamorgan women have signed England off-spinner Georgia Davis on a three-year contract after she left Warwickshire. Davis, 27, made her England ODI debut against Ireland in September 2024 and captained Warwickshire's women's team in 2025.

She featured for Welsh Fire in The Hundred across 2024 and 2025, giving her prior knowledge of the Glamorgan environment. The county is preparing for elevation to Tier One cricket in 2027.

Glamorgan women's head coach Aimee Rees said Davis already understands the club's ambitions through her Welsh Fire connection. Davis will join Seren Smale, who also moved from Lancashire this week.
