Gujarat Giants release Danni Wyatt-Hodge to free overseas spot

Gujarat Giants have released England opener Danni Wyatt-Hodge and three other players ahead of the Women's Premier League auction on October 28. Head coach Michael Klinger said the decision gives the franchise another overseas option and accounts for Wyatt-Hodge's international commitments during the 2027 tournament. The franchise retained Beth Mooney, Ashleigh Gardner, Georgia Wareham, Kim Garth and Sophie Devine among its overseas players.
