Gurnoor Brar added to North Zone squad for Duleep Trophy semi-final

Punjab and India fast bowler Gurnoor Brar has been added to the North Zone squad for their Duleep Trophy semi-final against South Zone. The match begins on Sunday at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru.

Brar was part of the Indian squad for the two-Test series against Sri Lanka but did not feature in either match. His inclusion provides North Zone with additional pace options for the semi-final.

The 23-year-old joins a North Zone side preparing for a crucial match that could determine their progression to the Duleep Trophy final. The semi-final represents his latest opportunity to press his case for higher-level selection.
