Gus Miller extends contract with Northamptonshire until 2027

Northamptonshire all-rounder Gus Miller has signed a one-year contract extension to stay with the county until the end of 2027. The 24-year-old made his debut for Northants in a tour match against India in 2022 and has since played 36 matches across all formats. Miller featured in the side that won this year's T20 Blast and opened the batting with Ricardo Vasconcelos in the One-Day Cup. He ended the 2026 One-Day Cup campaign as the Steelbacks' third-highest run scorer with 212 runs. Head coach Darren Lehmann said Miller is a wonderful character to have around the changing room and has put in good performances this year.
