Harmanpreet Kaur becomes first cricketer to captain 150 T20Is

Harmanpreet Kaur reached 150 T20Is as captain during India's Asia Cup group match against Pakistan in Dubai on September 5.

Harmanpreet Kaur became the first player in men's or women's cricket to lead a national side in 150 T20Is during India's Women's Asia Cup group match against Pakistan at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on September 5. She reached the landmark in her 150th T20I as captain.

India named an unchanged eleven for the fixture. Harmanpreet and Pakistan captain Fatima Sana did not shake hands at the toss. India have won six of their seven previous T20 Asia Cup meetings with Pakistan.

The milestone extends Harmanpreet's record as the longest-serving captain in the women's game across all three formats.
