India-Bangladesh series eyed for September window

India could tour Bangladesh for a white-ball series in the first half of September if the government clears it. The BCCI is talking to the Bangladesh Cricket Board now to lock down an itinerary. Both boards want the matches done before other fixtures crowd the calendar.

The tour was set for August 2025 but got pushed back by mutual consent. Indian authorities still haven't confirmed travel permissions for the team. The BCCI is waiting on formal approval before any dates are announced.

No replacement venue has been discussed if the tour cannot proceed.
