India coach Amol Muzumdar says handshake decision will be taken before Pakistan match

India women's coach Amol Muzumdar said the team will settle the handshake question with Pakistan before their Asia Cup match on September 5. They open against Thailand in Dubai on Sunday, then meet Hong Kong on September 3.

Muzumdar said the players will be asked first, and the call will be made closer to the game. India last faced Pakistan in the 2024 Asia Cup final. Both sides sit in Group A for the 2026 tournament.
