India need quick runs to keep Galle Test win alive

India head into day four of the first Test against Sri Lanka in Galle with a 178-run lead but face a race against time. Quick runs are needed to set up a victory push before rain further affects the match.

Rishabh Pant's 66 helped India set a challenging target after their second innings closed at 193. Sri Lanka reached 84 for 4 at stumps on day four, still needing 288 runs to win.

Sonal Dinusha scored a maiden international hundred in Sri Lanka's first innings of 284. Manav Suthar and Ravindra Jadeja shared seven wickets between them to bowl Sri Lanka out and establish the lead.
