India to host inaugural Women's Champions Trophy in Mumbai and Vadodara from February 14-28, 2027

India will stage the first ICC Women's Champions Trophy from February 14 to 28, 2027, after the ICC removed Sri Lanka as hosts. The six-team T20I tournament will be played at the Cricket Club of India in Mumbai and Vadodara International Cricket Stadium.

Australia, England, India, New Zealand, South Africa and Sri Lanka will compete. Sri Lanka lost the hosting rights due to governance concerns outlined at the ICC's Annual Conference in July.

The ICC Board ratified India as replacement host on September 1. Sri Lanka will still participate despite losing hosting duties.
