Australia great Steve Waugh has raised doubts about whether Rohit Sharma will make the 2027 ODI World Cup squad, citing questions over commitment and preparation at age 40. Not only form but fitness will also be a massive factor if Rohit Sharma is to feature in the 2027 ODI World Cup.

Waugh questioned whether the India captain is fully committed to the longer format at this stage of his career. The concerns come as Rohit prepares for what could be his last full IPL season at age 38.
