'It was all of us' — Khawaja on Sandpapergate

Khawaja says the whole Australia squad knew about the 2018 sandpaper plot. Lehmann rejects the claim.

Usman Khawaja has claimed that the entire Australia touring party knew about the ball-tampering plan during the 2018 Cape Town Test — and that sandpaper was also used in Port Elizabeth. The former opener made the remarks ahead of his autobiography's release.

Former coach Darren Lehmann has flatly denied the claim that the whole squad was aware. Cricket Australia has stuck with the original bans handed only to Steve Smith, David Warner, and Cameron Bancroft — three players held solely responsible for nearly six years.

The comments reopen a question Australia's never fully settled: who actually knew what, and when?
