Hazlewood reaches 300 Test wickets in Darwin

Australia fast bowler Josh Hazlewood said the upcoming Test series against Bangladesh presents several unknowns, including the ground, the wicket and the opposition in those conditions. The first Test will be played at Marrara Cricket Ground in Darwin, which will host its first Test match in 22 years.

Hazlewood said there is footage available and trends can be identified against the batters, but plans may need to be adjusted on the run. He noted the conditions will not resemble a typical Australian Test pitch with significant seam movement, swing and bounce.

Australia usually begin their Test summer in late November in Perth or Brisbane. The two-Test series against Bangladesh begins on August 13.
