Krunal Pandya remains optimistic after Afghanistan T20I omission

Krunal Pandya posted on social media after missing India's squad for the Afghanistan T20I series. The left-arm spinner has scored 130 runs at an average of 65.00 across five matches this season. His best score is 58 not out.

Pandya said hope remains alive for an India return despite the latest snub. BCCI sources indicate he continues to be monitored for future white-ball assignments. Jasprit Bumrah returns to the squad subject to fitness clearance.

Hardik Pandya was ruled out after picking up a leg niggle during rehabilitation.
