Krunal Pandya posted a cryptic message on social media after being left out of India's squad for the three-match T20I series against Afghanistan.

The all-rounder shared an Instagram post that read 'Hope is still alive' alongside a fingers-crossed emoji and the Indian flag. He made 130 runs in five matches at an average of 65.00 and a strike rate of 101.56, including one fifty.

The Afghanistan T20Is begin on September 13 at Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi.
