Liton Das placed under observation after hip injury concern

Liton Das was placed under observation by the team medical staff after he was unbeaten on 34 when Bangladesh's first innings collapsed. Jaker Ali Anik took over as substitute wicketkeeper.

Liton Das missed the preceding tri-series following the Afghanistan Test due to the hip injury. He had returned to training and was declared fit for the Mirpur Test against West Indies before the latest setback.

Bangladesh face a decision on whether to retain him for the remainder of the series or continue with the stand-in arrangement.
