Middlesex captain Leus du Plooy and director Alan Coleman to depart

Middlesex captain Leus du Plooy and director of cricket Alan Coleman will both leave the club at the end of the year. The announcements were made separately but cover the same departure timeline.

Du Plooy has led Middlesex since 2023. Coleman has held the director of cricket role for five years and oversaw the county's playing and recruitment operations.

The club has not announced replacements for either position. Both departures take effect after the conclusion of the 2026 domestic season.
