Mikey Hussey appointed Australia T20I consultant coach

Hussey's appointment comes as fresh allegations surface about the 2018 sandpaper scandal.

Cricket Australia has appointed Mikey Hussey as consultant coach and T20 advisor. The 51-year-old starts with Australia's T20I series against England.

Usman Khawaja claims in his upcoming book 'Sabr' that the entire team knew about the 2018 sandpaper incident in Cape Town. Steve Smith got a 12-month ban and two-year captaincy suspension, David Warner a 12-month ban plus lifetime leadership ban, and Cameron Bancroft nine months.
