Minhajul Abedin set to become BCB director unopposed from Chattogram

Former Bangladesh captain Minhajul Abedin will become a Bangladesh Cricket Board director from Chattogram unopposed. The election commission finalized the candidate list after several withdrawals cleared the field.

Abedin captained Bangladesh in Tests and ODIs during his playing career and has stayed involved in domestic cricket administration since retiring.
