Matthew Forde five-for helps St Lucia Kings beat Jamaica Kingsmen

Rashid Khan took 5 for 17 at The Oval and MI London beat Manchester Super Giants by 45 runs. Will Jacks made 52 off 28 and Nicholas Pooran stayed not out on 51 off 24, so the hosts posted a total the visitors could never reach. Manchester Super Giants folded for 132 and the result lifted MI London to second on the table.

Rashid's figures are the best by any bowler in this season's Men's Hundred.
