South Africa name Duan Jansen as replacement for injured Ottneil Baartman

South Africa pacer Ottneil Baartman has been ruled out of the three-match ODI series against Australia after sustaining a left hamstring injury. The injury occurred during the opening first-class match of the season while he was playing for Dolphins. Baartman will undergo further assessment before any return to action.

Duan Jansen has been named as his replacement and will join the squad in Durban ahead of the series. Jansen's inclusion maintains depth in South Africa's seam attack for the limited-overs tour. Baartman is the second South Africa player to be ruled out after Kagiso Rabada.

South Africa will finalise squad composition before facing Australia in the opening ODI. The series begins later this month.
