Pakistan makes mid-tour shake-up after 194-run defeat at Lord's

Pakistan Cricket Board decided to overhaul both squad and support staff after the 194-run loss gave England an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. The move follows a similar England decision in 2014 when India were 2-0 down.

The PCB replaced the head coach and added new support staff for the remaining Test. The change mirrors the 2014 precedent when India brought in Ravi Shastri and a new coaching setup after Lord's.
