PCB set for major selection committee overhaul after England series defeat

The Pakistan Cricket Board is preparing to make sweeping changes to its national selection committee following the 0-3 Test series defeat against England. Chairperson Mohsin Naqvi is expected to remove several members of the current panel.

Former players Aaqib Javed and Wahab Riaz are among those reported to be at risk of losing their positions. The changes may extend to the women's team and coaching staff as the board reviews its structure.

The overhaul follows Pakistan's loss of 11 WTC points for a slow over-rate in the third Test at Edgbaston.
